Are there any additional costs?

No, all you pay is an upfront, flat fee of $197

What if it doesn’t work out?

Just like hiring any employee, sometimes they don’t’ work out. That’s why we give you a 2-month trial period. During that trial period, we will find you up to two replacement VAs if you need to make a switch. The need for a replacement doesn’t come up often, but know that you’re covered if it does.

What is your refund policy?

If you request a refund before your VA profile is emailed to you, we will provide a full refund. After the VA profile has been sent to you, the deal is considered complete and we will not provide refunds.

What if I only need a part-time employee?

There’s a field on the form where you will let us know if you need a part-time or full-time employee, as well as all your other specific wants and needs. We’ll find whatever it is you’re looking for!

Where are they from?

The VAs we hire are from the Philippines.

What should I pay them?

We typically start between $1.50 to 2.00 per hour, but have paid well over that in certain situations. Keep in mind the minimum wage in the Philippines is around $1.33 per hour USD, as of September 2018.

How do I pay them?

There are several secure ways to pay a virtual assistant. We use paypal as it’s very quick and easy, but you can also check out other solutions like Payoneer, Remitly, and Ria Money Transfer.

How do I communicate with them?

However you like. We use a combination of email, project management software, instant messenger, video conference & recordings, etc.

What about language barriers?

The VAs we hire have superb written and spoken English skills.

What type of work would they be interviewed for?

They will be interviewed for whatever type of work you are expecting them to fulfill. You ‘ll tell us what you’re looking for in the form after signing up and we’ll find a VA that is up to the task. All you have to do is train them to your specific needs.

Do you train the VAs?

No. We know that everyone’s needs and processes are not the same. So, it’s best for you to train them to do the job exactly the way you want it to be done. We recommend providing them with video recordings of someone performing the task while explaining what they’re doing out loud. This gives the VAs both a visual and verbal learning experience that makes it easy for them to get up to speed.
